Manassas native Marlon Danilo Neftaly Mo-Choc was arrested on Friday following a probe into a reported incident that was called in from the 12100 block of Sierra Sunset Lane in Gainesville the previous night.
The investigation determined that a 22-year-old woman was approached by Mo-Choc, who was described by police as an acquaintance, and whens he refused to go with him, he grabbed her arm and forced her into a vehicle.
It is alleged that Mo-Choc then drove to a parking lot in the area of Gateway Promenade Place, at which point he inappropriately touched her, leaving the woman with minor injuries.
Mo-Choc was arrested on Friday, Sept. 27 and charged with abduction, sexual assault, assault and battery, according to officials.
He is being held without bond pending his next court date, which has not been announced.
